Why do your packages take longer to ship than Amazon?
Though we ship daily, Amazon has a privately owned delivery system that allows them to deliver within two days. We ship via USPS and delivery info is listed below.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class shipping come with a tracking number. Orders are shipped out within 5 business days of when the order was placed. Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on quantity purchased and your location within the United States.
Shipping domestically usually takes up to 1 week to reach the US destination, though can sometimes take longer. Please keep in mind that your customized order can take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
We do not accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost care of USPS. If this is the case for you, please email email@example.com and we will work with you to reach a solution. Please note that we do not offer refunds and cannot ship replacements for customized pieces.
We ship all over the world! All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class shipping. Orders are shipped out within 5 business days of when the order was placed. Please note that depending on your location in the world, it can take longer than the standard 1 domestic shipping. For example, packages to Australia can take up to 6 weeks. Though we do everything we can to ensure a speedy delivery, once it is out of our hands, it is up to USPS and your country's postal system.
Tracking information sent in shipment notification emails may take up to 24-48 hours to update with its current location. Depending on where you are located in the world, your tracking may not update beyond the USPS origin scan. If your domestic shipment info hasn't been updated within 48 hours of receiving your tracking number please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns and Exchanges
Should you have a problem with your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of receipt (45 days for international orders). We do not accept requests for refunds or returns and ask that you check our size chart before ordering. Additionally, we cannot accept washed or worn clothing.
